Justin Bieber Gets A Fisker Karma For 18th Birthday; Fisker Now Officially Uncool

We like the Fisker Karma here at Car Throttle. It's not just gorgeous for an environmentally friendly way of getting around, it's arguably one of the greatest looking cars ever made. Even though it hasn't got a V8, V10 or V12 providing a timeless classic soundtrack, we still want it. Well, we did want one, until now.

Sadly, the reputation of the Fisker Karma has been destroyed today after a certain superstar was given one for his birthday. Tinie Tempah? Flo Rida? Will.I.Am? No, those guys would boost the Fisker's image even further. None of them have birthdays today, either. The latest member of the Fisker Karma owner's club is Justin Bieber.

To celebrate reaching the drinking milestone of 18 years (well here in the UK at least) Justin's manager, Scooter Braun, decided to treat him to the car of his dreams after all his hard work.

"We wanted to make sure since you love cars, that when you're on the road you are always environmentally friendly. And we decided to get you a car that would make you stand out. I think you know where I'm going, and you're kind of freaking out right now. That's a Fisker Karma."

Other famous owners of the Karma include Leonardo DiCaprio - who got the first Fisker ever made - Al Gore and Colin Powell.
