Saturday’s Federated Auto Parts 400 Nascar Sprint Cup race went under caution with 70 laps remaining, but not because of a crash or a broken down car. The race was instead halted because of an idiotic fan who climbed the safety fencing to, according to those at the Richmond International Raceway, take a selfie.
