This incident happens on a Saudi Arabian highway, as a man in a grey saloon and someone in a black SUV are apparently not very happy with one another. The man in the saloon leans most of the way out of the car and tries to punch the SUV (we don’t really know what he was hoping to achieve…) but the SUV dodges and the man’s door opens, depositing his backside straight onto the road. He’s lucky not to get run over, and surely has a few bumps, bruises and scrapes to show for his stupidity.
