Lewis Hamilton Will Offer Advice And Tips To Players In GT Sport
Gran Turismo Sport marks a change in tack for the franchise, with the focus being less on collecting cars and more towards serious online competition.
To that end, three-time Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton will feature in the game, serving as the player’s driving mentor. He’ll share his approach to racing and offer tips and advice on all sorts of racing techniques in the form of videos and diagrams.
That’s because rather than being a hardcore and unforgiving sim which alienates all but the most skilled gamers, developers Polyphony Digital also want to give those with less experience a chance to learn and improve. And who better to learn from than one of the world’s best racing drivers?
It’ll be interesting to see how it’s implemented into the game when it’s released on 18 October, as it certainly looks like a pretty in-depth feature.
Will you be calling on Hamilton’s expertise when you get the game? Let us know in the comments!

Haters of an actual good F1 driver incoming
Yeah looks interesting. Just wish it had more tracks!
Considering GT6 featured Sebastian Vettel as a driving mentor, it would definitely make sense to see another great driver as a mentor in the next franchise.
