Powering this curious creation is an inline four-cylinder engine, slotted into what looks like a space-frame chassis (potentially Formula Ford-derived) with inboard suspension. It’s good for around 200bhp, and apparently generates 400kg of downFORCE (sorry…) at 165mph.

This is - of course - a one-off creation, but it is available in die-cast form as part of Hot Wheels’ new Carships collection. Or if you fancy taking a look at the real one in the metal, it’s on display now at San Diego Comic Con.
