Mercedes C63 AMG Decat Vs Corvette Z06: Which Car Wins The Rev Battle?
I've always thought that the exhaust note of the C63 AMG sounded like a metal box of spanners being violently shaken, but after hearing this rev battle, I think I might just have changed my mind! Which car wins for you?

Not a big fan of Mercedes, but I have to admit that in my opinion every 63-ish Mercedes sounds beautiful.
Something about that vette doesn’t sound right. Mine at idle sounds more aggressive than it does. It almost sounds stock like. Either the cam in it is VERY mild, or that borla sounds terrible.
i was just thinking that both cars have crappy exhaust setups. I’ve heard better sounding 4 bangers tbh

Driving European cars has distorted your mind alex. NOTHING sounds better than an American V8. I like all kinds of cars (honda and Toyota are iffy, but some of their work has my respect) but none have that beastly grumble of an American V8. Especially small block fords. They sound great across their whole rev range!
The Merc sounds like it has asthma.
C63 allways wins
I feel like it not the greatest battle for all the reasons people have pointed out (rev limit on the amg etc), but also because it’s a decatted to catted exhaust. So of course the decat is going to sound meaner and more agrees I’ve than any exhaust you can put on while retaining cats.
AMG a bit too wet-farty but brutal nonetheless.
Usually I prefer American cars, But I have to give this one for the Mercedes.
The C63 is too loud and brash. The corvette had a classy note. It would get my vote
