Merc's X6-Rivalling GLE Coupe Has Been Seen Belting Around The Nurburgring

Like them or loathe them, these ‘coupe’ SUVs like the BMW X4 and X6 are popular with punters, so it comes as no surprise that Mercedes is after a slice of the pie. Merc made its intentions clear when rolling out the MLC concept earlier this year, but the production version will be called the GLE Coupe. The regular GLE will be what we now know as the M-Class; the change being part of Merc’s naming re-structure which will result in all its SUVs having a name beginning with the letter G.
