As if performing an illegal u-turn wasn't daft enough, this Ford Explorer driver did it from the inside lane, smashing into a car on the outside lane and sending into a terrifying roll in the process
According to the video description, this utterly avoidable crash happened last week on Highway 27 near Toronto in Canada. The dashcam driver stopped to administer first aid to the guy in the rolled car, who - despite the high speed of the accident - suffered only minor injuries.

In Canada they drive on the right, so the explorer made the turn on the outside lane without checking for cars in the passing lane, making this one of the most ridiculous and avoidable dash cam crashes I’ve ever seen
They just kept their conversation going after the crash like it was no big deal

Absolutely the SUV driver’s fault and they are a massive idiot… but you could see it started to come across a long time before it actually turned. The Chevy driver could still have backed out and stopped the crash from happening.
My friend’s GTI got totalled like that. Flipped into a ditch off of an idiot making a U-Turn. Super clean show car written off.
