Marc Marquez is a skilled rider of all things two-wheeled and bonkers. On any surface. He’s almost as handy on a motocross bike as he is on his Repsol Honda MotoGP machine… but it’s his work on the latter that has won him his fifth free BMW.

After taking eight pole positions in 2017 the speedy Spaniard has just been crowned the ‘best qualifier’ for the fifth year running, and the prize for being an all-round badass over one lap on a bike? Yep, it’s a free BMW M-car. This time, it’s an M4 CS; one of just 3000 in the world. The lucky pup.

He has previously taken the keys for an M6 Coupe, an M4 Coupe, an M6 Convertible and an M2 Coupe. We can only imagine the scale of the difficult decision he has to deal with every time he has to drive somewhere. Git.

BMW has provided the annual prize alongside its M2, M3 and M4 GTS safety cars, plus its X5 M medical cars and an M5 for the safety official. Nice work if you can get it. The Munich company also chucks-in a couple of S1000RR superbikes as safety bikes for good measure. Of course it does.
