If you've ever wondered what it would happen if you mixed a classic Aston Martin V8 Vantage with a Jensen Interceptor, here's your answer
The New GTA Online Vehicle Is A Mash-Up Of Two Classic British GT Cars

Rockstar is continuing to churn out content for GTA Online, and the latest car is a classic version of the Dewbauchee Rapid GT (that’s the one that looks like an Aston Martin Vantage) which has been in the game since launch.

Called the Rapid GT Classic, it’s heavily influenced by the original Aston Martin V8 Vantage, and there’s also a few hints of Jenson Interceptor in the detailing.

It’s been included as a part of the ongoing Smuggler’s Run update and despite its muscle car appearances, it’s actually in the Sports Classics class of vehicles in the game.

Handling is apparently great for its class, but be prepared for some unpredictability at high speeds and some lacklustre braking - after all, it is a classic car! There are plenty of upgrades available for it if you want to make some improvements, though.

Many new cars in GTA Online are pretty expensive and the Rapid GT Classic is no exception - if you want one you’ll have to shell out $885,000 of in-game money from Legendary Motorsport.

Thankfully Rockstar is offering double money and RP rewards from Stunt Races, Smuggler’s Run Sell Missions and the newly-extended Motor Wars mode, so if you need to save up a bit that seems like a pretty good option.

There’s also a 25 per cent discount on a couple of vehicles - the Pegassi Tempesta and Truffade Nero - as well as the same discount on all upgrades for land vehicles and aircraft.
