New Images Give A Fresh Look At The Grand Tour's Second Series
So far, we’ve only seen a very short ‘sneak peek’ video of The Grand Tour’s second series. But if you’re clamouring for more insight into Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May’s second Amazon Prime Video outing, here’s some good news: a tasty batch of images have been released on the show’s Facebook page.
The behind-the-scenes images are taken from the new ‘The Grand Tour Guide to the World’ book, released on 5 October.
In the images, we can see what looks like a cheap Jaguar challenge with a pair of old XJs, an XK and an XJ-S (perhaps one of the star’s cars died midway through?), Richard Hammond driving a ‘Ripsaw’ light tank and an Ariel Nomad, plus a still from that supercar feature (above) that ended in Hammond crashing a Rimac Concept One and fracturing his leg.
As to when the series will be out, we can’t be sure. We were originally expecting it late October/early November, but thanks to the Rimac crash and Jeremy Clarkson’s serious bout of pneumonia, a delay seems likely. What we do know is that the studio will be in a fixed UK location this time around.
For now, make sure you check out the full gallery.
