Porsche has to be one of the most mispronounced car brands on the planet. And yes, us Brits are particularly guilty, with the mispronunciation Porsch being quite common on these shores.

Its german, different letters have different sounds to different langueges.

Because it’s someone’s name? That’s how it’s spelt and that’s how it’s pronounced. Heaps of people have surnames that are commonly mispronounced, doesn’t mean they should spell it differently
