Rimac Concept_One In Car Demo
We’ve all seen the headlines about the Croatian built 1,088 hp electric supercar already. It has 1,200 pound foot of torque, does 0-60 in 2.8 seconds and has a top speed of 190 mph. On top of that is comes with a price tag stating it’s not for the peasants of this world.
What’s interesting in this video is the run through of the granular control given to the cars dynamics and showing the ability of the driver to to tune the car on the fly.
With a motor at each wheel the idea of being able to control the bias of the four wheel drive through a slider, or being simply to opt for pure front or rear wheel drive makes electric cars as a concept look a lot more interesting in the long term.
Add in brake bias adjustment as well as control of the KERS at your fingertips in real time, then all that tinkering in Gran Turismo and Forza may well pay off when the technology eventually becomes affordable for non multi millionaire playboys and girls.

Hmmm.. That could be a lot of fun! Although I think most of the time I would have it slid to Rwd.
That rhing is insane.
Thumbs are not my friends.
Yep, utterly bonkers. I honestly didn’t care until I saw the adjustability… that’s a nerdgasm right there!
And the best thing? It comes from my motherland and homeland :D
Electric cars are on the rise..
Your move Ferrari, Porsche, And McLaren.
Thats my coutry, you can see them in the City center or around the track all the time. Its probobly the only proud car Croatians introduced.
for you guys that don’t know, he made a concept one S
The electric Miura? It’s low, a la mode, sexy, novel, and has made many headlines, and could be the first to send the electric supercar onto the showroom floors?
RIP Internal combustion
It sounds pathetic. I would buy an electric car only if it is required by the law. If petrol cars aren’t prohibited, I would drive a V8 even in my 80s!
This car isn’t about the sound. This car is about breathtaking performance and advancing an incredibly important technology.
I agree fully that a cruiser should sound nice, but this isn’t one.
