Say Hello To The Fast 8 'Ice Cars' Dom & Co Are Driving In Iceland

Remember the first Fast and Furious film, which made do with a single location in southern California? Things aren’t quite so simple for the franchise anymore, with the latest instalment being a proper globe-trotting effort shooting in Cuba, Iceland, and, erm, Cleveland.

The Icelandic-shot stuff should be spectacular - the filming plans were previously said to include the largest man-made explosion ever seen in the country - and now we can have a closer look at the whips Dominic Toretto and his mates have been using while out there.

As you’ll see, they got a tank, a rally fighter-style vehicle, a tracked pickup truck and a relatively normal-looking Lamborghini Murcielago. Perhaps it has studded tyres or something.

Can we all just agree that even thought they got away from the original point of the movie, most of us will go see it anyways. Not even for the plot, just the nice cars

That’s what got people hooked on F+F in the first place. Screw this dramatic emotional storyline crap. I wanna to go back to awesome cars and awesome races.

The cars have such a miniscule role in the movies by this point that its just a less patriotic michael bay film minus the robot balls in your face. So no, people who wish to see nice cars won’t go see this, they will go watch some nice cars in action, probably on the internet.
