This is complete BS, since you could buy both in mexico.
Fanboys be like: “Where’s the GT-R?”
I don’t underrstand why its US vs. Mexico they are both made in Mexico doesn’t that make them both Mexican?
Gotta love how Mexico is making better cars than they can buy.
That’s a stupid comparison. Those cars are several generations appart. At least 20 years, design and technology wise. Why not compare a car to a horse trailer?
Do not want ct to be tainted by buzzfeed, just look at the price
This car would be perfect for mexico. It has 2 airbags, side impact protection and 3 point seatbelts. It has a 1.9L Turbo engine built to run on 80 octane so its perfect. It’s a volvo 460 Turbo. Technically this car could pass euro ncap with 3 stars today
One is a 24 years old car, the other, brand new.
“…Latin American countries end up paying a lot of money for unsafe cars.”
So does Indonesia… (not being offensive, but that’s what I saw in my country…)
Sure, because comparing a 1991 Nissan Sentra’s safety against a 2015 car one is totally fair.
