Someone Made A Ford GT-Inspired Mustang And We're Not Sure How To Feel

It’s really not that easy to get your hands on a Ford GT. Aside from the hurdle of the rather hefty price, Ford is only planning to build 250 a year, and as has been well documented, the application process isn’t the easiest thing to get through.
Getting hold of a new Ford Mustang on the other hand is as easy as pie. So how about this as a solution? It’s the GTT by Zero to 60 Designs, debuting at this year’s SEMA show.
It takes design cues from the mighty GT supercar and slaps them on a Mustang via a series of custom body panels. For good measure, the 5.0-litre ‘Coyote’ V8 has received a ProCharger supercharger, ECU tweak and a Magnaflow exhaust, upping the internally combusted violence to around 800bhp.
Meanwhile if you’re thinking those wheels look huge, that’s because they are: they’re HRE Performance brushed titanium items, measuring a huge 22 inches in diameter and wrapped in Pirelli P-Zero rubber.

All sounds fine and dandy, but we’re not 100 per cent sold on the looks, which are a tad awkward from some angles. It also looks like the physical version doesn’t quite match the concept art - those dummy grille inserts on the boot haven’t made it to the IRL version, for instance.

But hey, beauty is known to be in the eye of the beholder, so we’ll let you discuss the looks of this curious brute in the comments.

A bigger grille for bigger crowds?
I’ll grab my coat….
Looks nicer than the actual ford GT imo.
It almost looks like this.
But a whole lot better.
I quite like it actually..
Id like to see a hellcat-viper combo, but the animal, not the car
I didnt know it was possible to rice out a Ford
With enough determination you can rice out anything
Bruh
Isn’t that incest? No wonder the end result is kinda messed up.
It looks like a Camaro FFS.
Over 5000 people applied for the Ford GT, and only 500 were invited to buy one
So there are 4500 potential customers for this car
It needs “I didn’t qualify to buy one of the Ford GTs” sign on the back
