Would have been better to use a roots or twin screw rather than the centrifugal supercharger. Would have made it more interesting.
Turbos are definitely more fun to drive. They are just more noticeable - they kick you, they make cooler noises, and produce more power. But superchargers are where its at for just adding usable power to your car. If you had, say, an NA 2.0, and then a turbo’d 1.6 and super’d 1.6 all making the same power, I don’t think you’d be able to tell a difference between the 2.0 and the supercharged 1.6. Then again, I’ve never been able to test two identical cars like that. Cool video!
