These 1950s Pictures Are Messing With Your Mind

If there's one we learnt from the 2010 film Inception, it's that Leo DiCaprio is a damn good actor. The other message you might have got from the film is that reality isn't always what it seems. Which bring us nicely to the image above and then the image immediately below. Mind. Blown...

That's right, ladies and gents. None of the images here are 'real.' They're an illusion, a clever use of scale, and the creation of amateur photographer Michael Paul Smith.

Smith simply took his collection of die cast cars and trucks off the shelves, made his own mobile mini road and took to the streets (actual streets) to create these impressive pictures.
