These Guys Should Be Locked Up For Crimes Against Mercedes R500 Modification
It's not every day we see a Mercedes R500. In fact, we can count on one hand the amount of times this car has appeared on the internet (almost). The reason for this is a simple one: nobody liked it. Too big, too damn ugly and too much of a gas guzzler, sales of the R-class bombed as hard as a petrolhead's respect for the Toyota Prius.
But what do we know? It appears the R500 is the perfect car for the discerning modifier. Actually, forget that. For this car is a crime against modifying. Chrome-wrapped, the mutilated Merc sits on donk-sized 30-inch rims, and features orange accents on the car's front and rear bumpers, sides and wing mirrors.
The grille has been brutalised, the wheels don't sit flush and the guys inside and around the car look positively depressed to be there. That might have something to do with the terrible ride quality they'll have been experiencing, not to mention the fact that they're probably now broke because of having to stop at every other fuel station to fill up.
