This Trucker's Suicidal Overtaking Manoeuvre Nearly Wiped Out Five Cars

We can only assume this trucker was well behind schedule to have tried such a ridiculous move. The camera car was driving along the A706 in Scotland when the Iceland lorry overtook it.

Approaching a curve, it appears the truck’s driver realises there are cars coming in the opposite direction, and attempts to bail out of the second overtake. Already hard on the brakes as he passes the camera car, the trucker is left with no option other than to pull into oncoming traffic to avoid rear-ending one car, causing oncoming vehicles to take avoiding action. The trucker then continues on his merry way.

Daily Record reports state that local police have been handed the footage and are investigating.
