Try Not To Lose Your Mind Over This Full Carbon Ferrari F12

Say hello to the F12 Caballería by Bengala, a carbonfibre-bodifed version of Ferrari's front-engined supercar

Ferrari F12 not quite exotic enough for you? Don’t fret - a Spanish tuning company called Bengala Automotive Design has the answer. And that answer is the F12 Caballería.

The Caballería kit replaces every single body panel on a boggo F12 with massive pieces of carbonfibre. Rather than being carbon facsimiles of the standard panels, they’re all slightly shoutier.

We’re not talking about Mansory levels of excess here, but enough to make the F12 look even more extreme than it already does. It looks to be sitting lower on larger wheels in these images, too.

The kit doesn’t actually exist yet - these are only renderings - but Bengala says it’ll make 10 of the things for “exclusive individuals”, and by “exclusive” we assume they mean “rather rich”. Although perhaps it won’t be as expensive as you might think - a similar kit Bengala revealed last summer for the Rolls-Royce Wraith worked out at about $35,000 for the whole shebang. In the pricey world of supercar tuning, that’s not so bad.

No technical information has been given, so we don’t know how much weight the kit saves, and therefore what effect it’ll have on performance. But we suspect owners will probably be more focused on obtaining one of the spangliest F12s out there, rather than being pedantic about figures.

With all the carbon fiber, it should be quite light, actually.

The best part is, you don’t have to worry about how this will affect the crash structure because the car will just be left in a garage it’s whole life!

Carbon is much more rigid than pretty much any metal though…

I guess you could say it’s a carbon copy.
