Volvo Trucks Just Broke The Record For The World's Largest Unboxing
The new Volvo VNL - with its cutting edge design and 7.5 per cent improvement in fuel economy - is no ordinary truck. As such, it deserves much more than an ordinary debut.
With that in mind, Volvo Trucks stuffed a 72-foot VNL inside a giant cardboard display box, and invited along three-year-old truck enthusiast Joel Jovine to do the unboxing.
In the process, Volvo Trucks broke the Guinness World Record for the ‘largest object unboxed’. For the technically inclined, there are certain rules in place for such a record to officially stand. For starters, the box has to completely encapsulate the vehicle - in this case the VNL - and then needs to be opened manually, using no tools. The VNL has to be removed from the box without destroying it in the process. The box also has to be made of normal box materials - cardboard and cellophane - but internal reinforcement is permitted as long as it doesn’t take away from the experience of the unboxing.
I think it’s safe to say that we expect this record to remain unbeaten for quite some time…

You could probabaly keep that box as a garage. It would probably fall in a storm but :P
