Watch This 622bhp SLS Black Series Get Wrestled Around The 'Ring
Even if you're starting to find the whole Nurburgring lap time thing a bit tedious, this one is worth a watch just for the glorious V8 noise. The AMG engineer driving this brutal SLS wrestles it around the Green Hell, constantly battling with the wayward back end, to clock a time of 7:25.67.
That's a few seconds faster than both the Ferrari 458 Italia and the McLaren MP4-12C. Not bad for what's essentially Germany's answer to the muscle car. The Black Series edition of Merc's SLS chucks out 622bhp from its 6.2-litre V8, up from the standard car's 563. Zero to 60 takes just 3.5 seconds, while at the top end it'll nudge 200mph.
