Both are a$$holes. The driver didn’t have a reason for the finger and the biker shouldn’t actively destroy someone elses property justs for a finger… Maybe he should have just left the phone up there and let it fall by itself. Not his fault that way and he wouldn’t be an a$$hole too.
To be honest, the fine for flipping a finger (insult) and cutting the biker off (reckless driving) would have been higher than the phones worth. But I’d just pick up the wallet, wait for the phone to fall down and then drive off with that stuff, giving it to the next “lost&found” or whatever you call it (I guess you get what I mean though)
