Apparently due to the BMW E30 3-series seen at the beginning of the video dropping a load of coolant (and possibly a little oil), numerous cars spin off the Nordschleife, including a Cayman GT4

If this seems a little familiar, that’s probably because we were looking at a similar incident last week - also at Brünnchen - where an oil spill caused chaos. However, at least in this case, there wasn’t some well-meaning fool standing on track in an attempt to warn traffic…

not to be that guy but the cayman was taking that corner pretty fast and if my calculations are correct after that crash he was furious

I know the guys who own and drive the E30.
They had pretty much just finished turning it into a track-toy.
But they’re pretty relaxed about it, saying they’ll “at least have something to do during winter”.
