Watch Sabine Schmitz And Her GT3 RS Battle A 458 Italia On The Nürburgring

When you're known as The Queen of the Ring it's little surprise you're an internet sensation. But there's no smut intended here - Sabine Schmitz's only X-Rated action involves massive horsepower, burning rubber and a command of the world's toughest race track.

In case you hadn't heard, Sabine rules the Nürburgring Nordschleife. Also known as The Green Hell - thanks to its tree-lined twists and undulations that rival a rollercoaster - it takes years to memorise and decades to master. This is why Sabine is so revered among automotive enthusiasts.

When fellow 'Ring instructor Ron Simons stepped up to challenge Sabine to a quick lap of the track, she was quick to accept. With Sabine taking the wheel of her Porsche 911 GT3 RS, and Simons hustling his more powerful Ferrari 458 Italia, Sabine's crown was in jeopardy.

Admittedly this is as choreographed as a scene from Moulin Rouge, and the pub chat after the race is like an awkward first date, but the world is a better place once the sound of these two epic sports cars battle on track. No awful soundtrack, no smack talk, just two insanely talented drivers carving up the tarmac. Enjoy.
