Last weekend Colombia beat Uruguay 2-0 in the 2014 World Cup. The result meant that Colombia had secured a massive quarter-final match against hosts Brazil. Understandably, the Colombian fans spilled onto the streets of New York to celebrate.
During the celebrations, a BMW Z4 owner found himself among the crowds. Jalopnik points to a Facebook thread that suggests that he hit some fans and refused to stop, which is why the crowds became angry and violent. Reports suggest the BMW driver was later arrested for drink driving.
