Watch A Volvo Truck Tow A Paraglider Up A Mountain Pass
In Volvo Trucks' latest high-profile stunt, a paraglider is towed by an FH lorry up the Dinaric Alps in Croatia
One Volvo FH truck. A pro paraglider. A dramatic Croatian pass. All three come together for one of Volvo Trucks’ most bonkers stunts yet - The Flying Passenger - demonstrating the smoothness of the I-Shift Dual Clutch gearbox.
Throughout the stunt - which involved the paraglider daringly passing under a bridge - utterly smooth and consistent driving was needed, something which would be hugely difficult without I-Shift’s seamless shifts.
In the real world away from death-defying stunts, I-Shift offers a marked decrease in fuel consumption, while eradicating torque drop even when driving in the toughest of conditions.

Did you hike 15 miles up a mountain in 10 feet of snow with 7 pounds of books in your backpack and still managed to see all your girlfriends on the way there?
Dont you mean uphill both ways?

Once you go Volvo, all other vehicles appear inferior.
