Ashley Sutton was entering the tight final hairpin at Knockhill on the last lap when a throttle issue caused him to go straight on and crash into the barrier at 105mph
The driver of this Formula Ford car escaped with just cuts and bruises after crashing heavily on the final lap of the second Knockhill race last weekend due to a throttle problem. He was cleared to compete in the final event later in the day and went on to finish fifth in the spare car. Amazing.
