This Is Why You Don't Race A Porsche GT2 Against A Carrera GT
Some people never learn. Last week we showed you what happens when you take liberties with a Porsche 996 GT2 on a hillclimb. Surely that'd prove a 911 GT2 is not a car to provoke?
Here however, we see a Porsche 997 GT2 owner chasing down a £300k Carrera GT. We're on the Nurburgring, dodging traffic and supposedly 'not racing'. The CGT has a power advantage from its 5.7-litre V10: 605bhp plays the GT2's 523bhp from it's twin-turbo flat six. But the 911 has more modern brakes, rear-engined traction, and monster torque from those two huge turbos. How does this titanic battle play out?
