Workshop Full Of Skylines Burned To The Ground In Devastating Fire
If you like fast Japanese cars, you may wish to look away now. These images come from the Facebook page of RB Performance, a Skyline specialist in Wigan, which was the scene of a devastating fire on Friday.
According to a local news report, over 60 firefighters tackled the blaze at its height, with eight fire engines called to the sight. The cause is currently being investigated.
Thankfully, no one was harmed in the fire, but in a statement released by RB along with these images, the company stated that “99% of everything has been destroyed, along with customers [sic] cars.”
A full list of what’s been lost hasn’t been released, but we can see an R35 Nissan GT-R, several R33 Skylines and an R32 in these harrowing pictures. It’s not just Japanese cars either, with what looks to be a torched Ford Escort RS Cosworth in the background of one image.
RB states that it will release more details when available to keep customers informed, and vowed to get “back to normal as soon as we can.”
