The World's Most Incredible Slot Car Track Costs £186,000 And Takes Six Months To Build

Fancy a slot car track replica of Le Mans, the Nurburgring or Laguna Seca? Thanks to posh US department store Neiman Marcus, you can have just that, supplied by Slot Mods. According to the store, you’ll be built a ‘100% authentic 1:32 scale model of your favorite track,’ so it sounds as though you can go for pretty much any circuit that takes your fancy. It is rather expensive, though, with an eye-watering price tag of $300,000 (£186,000).

You do get quite a bit for your money, with every bit of the circuit and surroundings reproduced by hand, mini cameras and screens dotted about the track, and even your own ‘inaugural race night party,’ to which former Brit F1 drivers Vic Elford and David Hobbs will be sent.
