Dubbed the rudest number plate ever issued by the DVLA, you now have the opportunity to get your hands on private registration 'PEN15'. The cost is a high one though, around £90,000 including postage, VAT and all that official hoo-hah.

You'd have to be either stinking rich like this Rolls Royce Rally hooner, or value your sense of humour over your childrens' futures to buy this. Think of all the awesome cars you could buy instead; Maserati Gran Turismo, Porsche 911 Carrera 4 GTS or Aston Martin Vantage, anyone? Heck, a little more moolah also bags you a Jaguar XKR-S!

If you must have a rude reg plate for your car, there are a few cheaper alternatives. BO11LOX is currently up for £18,746, LUS73D (lusted) can be picked up for £11,246 and ORG454M (Orgasam) is £80,000. If you want ORG45M spelled correctly, that's £112,500 and 1 COC (One cock) comes in at £275,000! That's more than a Lamborghini Aventador!

Some number plates are so extreme, however, that they were banned earlier this year.
