You've Actually Already Seen The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon, Thanks To F&F
While watching the trailer for The Fate Of The Furious before Christmas, you probably didn’t pay much attention to the pair of Dodge Challengers that burst onto the seen. You perhaps thought they were just lightly modified Hellcats - the Fast and Furious franchise does feature its fair share of tuned cars, after all.
However, it’s looking like the pair were actually SRT Demons, meaning the trailer effectively gave us a look at the car over a month ago. We just didn’t realise at the time, since the Demon was only publicly announced last week.
We can be fairly sure they’re Demons, too. The ladies and gents over at Autoblog were clearly feeling rather eagle-eyed this week, as they managed to spot the Demon logo slapped on the side of one of the cars during a video (below) featuring Vin Diesel discussing the incoming film.
Looks like quite a beast, doesn’t it? Particularly with that almost comedically large hood scoop.
The SRT Demon will be revealed at the New York Auto Show in April. It’ll be 90kg lighter than the Hellcat, and is expected to be more powerful too.

Did somebody say Demon?
That is stunning :)
Those are probably still standard cars, just with the “Demon-parts” slapped onto the outside.
Movie cars are made on a budget after all.
incoming people who claim to know the Challenger SRT Demon before it was announced
