I love this car so much! How did you even manage to find one? :O
I saw the for sale advert after it had been shared in a focus mk1 Facebook group- it was a category C write off i.e repairs were uneconomical for the insurance company but had been repaired by the previous owner (only the front bumper was damaged and rad was bent) so it was nearly half the price of a normal ST estate.
They are very rare, I’ve heard that only 200 made it to the UK and I saw someone mention only 50 left. I would love to know the figure just to know how special it is :)
I went to the Simply Ford event at Beaulieu motor museum 2 weekends ago and it was the only ST estate there and there must have been a 1000 ford make cars there so I think the figures being mentioned are true :)
