The Most Iconic Cars in Midnight Club II

Spoiler Alert

Rockstar’s Midnight Club II is not as well know as its competitiors like Need For Speed and Juiced, but it has had some iconic cars

Moses’s Citi (Civic EJ1) is iconic cause it was our first car we won from a pink slip, Moses is also a important character because he helps you progress through the game with driving techniques. His Iconic White paint and Blue stripes have still been recreated on Civics in other games.

Gina’s Citi Turbo (Civic EM1) is iconic because Gina was the girl who is important in the storyline and a main character. It also brought back the Citi name with a turbo at the end of it, making it more badass. Also who can forget that cool vinyl, blue paint, and big ass rear wing.

Maria’s Torrida (Integra GSR) & Hector’s Monstruo (RX7 FD)
These two characters are related and you race them. First you race Maria early in the game, you beat her and take her car, then later in the game you meet Hector, who is hell bent on beating you for taking Maria’s car. Also who can forget Hector’s theme song Put Your Top Down by Tre Little as you race him. These characters had little influence to the game but became a fan favorite.

Haley’s Saikou (Supra RZ A80) is iconic because it’s a Supra! When we saw the body lines of the car we instantly knew what this car was and how hard it was to get it. Haley was also a must beat because of how much of a ass she was. It’s fun to take her car and see how pissed she gets.

Nikko’s Knight (Lancer Evolution VII & Impreza GC8) is iconic because it was badass, it was weird seeing a 4 door sedan being in this level of car where you have the Saikou & Saikou XS. But thats because this car is based on the two cars that killed high end sports cars with a 4 cylinder with a Turbo and AWD. It was my and many other peoples 1st time seeing one without knowing what it was, and we all knew that these cars were based on something.

Kenichi’s Saikou XS (Widebody Supra RZ A80) is iconic cause its the cover car and its the Saikou × 1 millon times cooler, well for the style back then.

Makoto’s Torque JX (Skyline GTR R34) is iconic cause this was it, the Skyline, and this was it for Toyko too, Makoto being Toyko’s champion. This was the end of the game, or was it?

Savo’s Veloci (Saleen S7) is iconic because suprise! The game has one last race. That race is racing the World Champion. Who is a little bored of being the World Champion. But still when you beat him, you were overjoyed. Now the game is over. Gina ends with some cutscene telling you that you are now the World Champion.
