Max Verstappen Went From 16th To 3rd At The End Of The Brazil GP And It Was Awesome
The highlight of the rain-hit Brazilian Grand Prix was easily Red Bull driver Verstappen's stunning drive through the field in the latter stages
After multiple red flags and numerous safety cars at today’ rain-hit Brazilian Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton took victory ahead of Nico Rosberg and Max Verstappen.
That keeps the title race ahead until the final round at Abu Dhabi, but what we’re more interested in is how Red Bull driver Verstappen even got to third: 14 laps later, he was in 16th.
After a gamble on intermediate tyres didn’t pay off, Verstappen was forced to pit for full wets from fifth, putting him way down the order. He benefited from several drivers ahead pitting shortly after emerging from the pit land, but still had lots of work to do, cutting through the field and claiming a sensational third.
Here are some highlights from what is easily the drive of the season:

Well, SPEED AND POWERRRR!!!!!!!
Honestly would’ve won the race if it wasn’t for that pit stop.
No he wouldn’t have, a because the tires would have stopped working and he would loose position b because Lewis was more consistently faster
Both him and Daniel pitted 5 f&%$ing times. The Mercedes pitted 2 times.
Best thing in the race, is Vettel asking for a Red flag instead of a blue flag….atleast something red worth showing on the TV this year…
Its just cause he is a ferrari fan at heart!
Where is his incredible save?
And I think we can confirm that Verstappen and Vettel aren’t best friends lol

Poor quality, but better than nothing
Hamilton v Vestappen v Ricciardo next year fighting for race wins and the title. Maybe even the McLarens and Ferraris.
I really hope this is the case
Don’t forget about that epic save! Something I noticed was he kept trying the track while the SC was on the track, I suppose he did that to find these unusual lines he used to go so quickly. What a drive!
Yeah, he is such a good wet driver.
And his lines are so good, he just drives so smooth.
I think he took those lines to let the wet tires do the job ofcourse you want to keep them on the wet part of the track to let them do their job but what an amazing drive!
I’m really looking forward to the next season.
Hamilton and Rosberg will have some problems when Max comes around.
See for me, what Perez did there was just as impressive and I can’t imagine Max doing the same. It would have been so easy to gently push Max off the track as MV did to Vettel but he did not.
Perez is always a class act. Very competitive but also keeps it safe.
Vettel did the same to verstappen comming out of sector1 only max downshifted so he would not get off track. But checo indeed is a very good driver he matured alot over the years
He also stayed on the slippery kerbs which was risky whereas vettel went out on the runnoff area for safety reasons
So i’m talking of max ^^
He’s a fantastic driver, there was no Verstapping him
Shame i can only give u one upvote
He was listening to Eurobeat that is the reason why he overtook so many drivers
Underrated!
