Imagine modern Muscle Cars would learn from ...the Honda Urban EV concept

Good Morning,

this title might seem “a little” crazy, but keep reading and you will understand.

Four days ago Honda presented this retro-style EV on the IAA. Badass 70s design meets modern technology, the greatest thing that can happen today. People simply love the looks of this EV and I do so as well. Finally an EV that does not look like a clown car.

Now, imagine american car makers would implement the idea of combining classic old school muscle car design with modern technology. Of course with fuel powered engines, in case you are wondering.

Now, in 2017 only Dodge does this with it´s Challenger. And 60´s/ 70´s muscle design has so much potential.

Imagine a modern version of a Cutlass or Chevelle. (And these are just 2 names…)

Chevrolet Chevelle

Who wouldn´t want one?

Oldsmobile 442 (similiar to a Cutlass)

Buick Grand National

That´s what I was thinking about, when I first saw the Urban EV concept. How about you? Would you welcome a Chevelle Comeback for example with modern technology? Have a good day!

Yeah, some say they do, but the output is…yu know the end of the Story haha But I cant see a reason, why manufacturers should not include these body styles, since aerodynamics are sure not the problem. That´s what some people claim…

Not sure about that. It´s a concept, meaning they are supposed to attract attention on the car.
