Wide arches for sedan
So the wheel arches on my e46 sedan are starting to get a little bit rusty and i have two alternatives.
I can get new standard arches and paint the whole of all fenders, or get wide arches and only paint them. The ones in the picture is from Hard Motorsport and looks just like M3 arches, but is there any alternatives to them that’ll look good? Thinking wide arches is the best solution because i don’t want to respray my whole fenders and get colour differences. And the last question must be, how wide wheels could you run with these? Lol

By the sound of it, it seems like you would just cover up the rust. I would definitely address it before it becomes too much to handle. You would need to run around 10-11 in wheels for it to look right. I have 8 inch wheels on mine and they are still sitting in a little. I’m not sure 10-11 inch wheels would fit without a little modification or a certain style of wheel. These look good though!
The wheel arches will be cut away so that the wide arch has a purpose, same in the rear, so all the rust will be gone
