Mint volvo 240 GLT with rebuilt 2.5L engine. 531 head with double weber 48. Redefined front suspension with new coilovers.

Specs please :) what camshaft do you run? ENEM?

I’ll try my best to write in english! Haha! Originally it’s a b23 block with another redone crankshaft that makes the engine go to 2.5L. Brand new mahle pistons that I cut down 2,4mm to make it fit with the crankshaft. Brand new H-profile rods. Everything from front pulley to flywheel is balanced and wheighted. The head is a volvo 531 with bigger ports and flattens, 46/38 valves and double valve springs. The camshaft is actually specialty made for this engine from a local professional tuning company. So it’s not a mass produced camshaft. Anyhow the camshaft lifts 13.8, don’t remember the duration right now… The flywheel is lighten and of course, double weber 48 (dat sound)

ahh! Thats soo sweet, My beater 940 looks like sheit along side that! I would have wanted 240 GLT estate… :/ Oh well, I have 2.5L Volvo penta engine and like garage full of volvo parts :D Maybe someday I will put some love on my 940.

Jag kanske ser helt fel, men visst är det en B230K i den? Och vad sitter det för förgasare på den? :)
Jag skulle vilja sätta i nåt lite kraftigare än den B230F som sitter i min 740, en Volvo B8444S skulle sitta fint ;)

Tack så mycket! Men ingen K motor i den :) K motorn är ju den största flopp volvo har gjort! En usel motor om man tänker trimma ;) Det är ett b23 block som är strokad till 2.5Liter och en 531 topp som är planad och portat, 46/38 ventiler med dubbla weber 48:or :)
