Do mean making the CAR into a RWD, or making the FWD car engine fit a RWD car? Latter is easy, former is next to impossible
Except if the car had optional 4wd when new -swapping those parts in would be easy
Making the car RWD
Its almost never worth the money. Depending on the car, if you’re lucky you’re swapping the transmission, driveshaft, differential, and probably several other parts. If you’re. Unlucky you’d have to do a full engine, and drivetrain swap.
The engine pictured is mounted transverse which means you have even less of s chance of doing it without doing an engine swap.
Just take out the twin turbo…
The engine is an engine. unless its something like this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cizeta-Moroder_V16T. what you need to change is the transmission To do a FWD to RWD conversion you will need a transmission, a body/ hole for said transmission a rear diff and driveshafts.
So its possible, but not easy
It’s possible, but many FWD cars have a specially-built transaxle that incorporates the transmission and differential all in one. You’d have to do a lot of work and spend a lot of money. A transverse engine would be the worst as you’d have to rotate the drive by 90 degrees TWICE (once to get to a longitudinal driveshaft; the other time at the rear wheels).
yes you can but most of the times its not worth it
