It’s an OEM factory kit that was offered by Toyota as sort of a ‘rarity’ but after 2004 they removed the badge and just called it the Action Kit. It’s mainly all exterior and looks, with Side skirts, Bumpers, Custom Headlights and Taillights as well as the weird spoiler. They still retain the value nonetheless, and look pretty good imo
