Are you talking about the Halos? They arn’t illegal in America, in fact most newer cars come stock with Halo lights. Im not sure about if they are illegal in the uk.

I must disapoint you, every IS300 has a 2JZ, BUT its 2JZ-GE, its non turbo and you cant just bolt big turbo to make it 2JZ-GTE
