Honestly how did the Civic driver have a license? They obviously didn’t know how to drive properly.
the perfect condition….. civic front left tyre hits the rear tyre, and the driver steers to the car… he/she should steer away from the car to regain balance but maybe panic kicks in and causes the civic to fall to physics rule… just my 2 cents…
