Top Gear: The Big Send Off Special Discussion Thread
A special 75-minute episode featuring the last recorded segments from Series 22, featuring the last ever appearances of Jeremy, Richard and James.
In the first film, Jeremy, Richard and James immerse themselves in the lifestyle of the traditional classic car enthusiast. Armed with affordable classics including a Fiat 124 Spyder, a Peugeot 304 Cabriolet and an MGB GT, the trio set off on an adventure that includes brown beer, breakdowns and a hair-raising classic car show.
In the second film, Clarkson, Hammond and May try to become lifestyle leisure enthusiasts with the help of some incredibly cheap lifestyle leisure vehicles. Restricted to a maximum budget of £250, the trio buy three massive mileage SUVs - a Vauxhall Frontera, a Jeep Cherokee and a Mitsubishi Shogun - and then embark on a series of action-packed challenges that include battling with the Stig’s ‘Leisure Activity Cousin’ and a race with terrifying consequences for the loser.[13]
This episode is the last to feature presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.

Why do they always have him lose these things? lol I would’ve loved a change. Oh well, that’s not the saddest part. R.I.P. Top Gear 2.0.
what happened to the classic top gear tune rigfht at the end when they roll the credits?
When Jeremy said “I don’t want to work at Top Gear!”…
That must’ve been the night before ‘The Incident’.
I think this might be a joke of the editors, as I don’t believe he said that at that moment.
Ya and when he was saying so many ironic quotes about the three building up there cars then having it thrown away in an instant…
Those phallic wheels tho
Time for a feel trip!

Still waiting for the P1 vs 918 vs LaFerrari race…
Netflix will give it too us.
Just whoa. Whoa to that ending. Also, anybody else find themselves getting frustrated by Glastonbury and the advertisements running two minutes over 8?
Hopefully we hear what Jeremy, Richard and James have lined up soon, but for me, that’s the end of TopGear as we knew it. Still not sure how I feel about Chris Evans taking over. And on that bombshell…. Goodnight.
The feels when Hammond & May ended the show, really felt like the end of everything! Thank you Jeremy, Richard and James!!
And with that, we leave the studio :’( I’m already missing it
