So, this is my first car. It’s a 2004 Focus SVT, bought for $4,100 off the lot. It’s in amazing condition, no rust, (Surprising coming from South Florida) and also has a few mods put on by the previous owner. He put on a full Magnaflow exhaust, a rerouted air filter, a new Pioneer headunit, new wheels, and a few other doodads all around. What’s interesting about this is that it has the Euro appearance package, and with this color and package, only 62 cars were made! I really like it, it’s been about a week. It has around 140K miles, plus it’s a manual!

Suzuki isn’t the first manufacture you think of when some one says “fun”. Yes, there are the few outliers like the Swift Sport, but in general, they are just another cheap Japanese family car. However, there is a little hidden gem. This happens to be the quite plain Suzuki Kizashi. Why the Kizashi? What is it? Well let me enlighten you.

Please welcome the Chevy S10 Autocross truck… Wait a second, something is not right here… That’s because you are looking at a 1947 Chevy pickup truck, however, this body has been fitted to the chassis of a shortened Chevy S10. Yep. You heard correctly. This beast was fabricated by Stephen and Tyler Gibson for around 1000 bucks. With a 305 V8 engine thrown in it and a rear suspension nearly entirely made from scratch. Some parts taken from the original S10 donor car and others from a discarded dirt track race car.

Assetto Corsa has been hyping up their latest DLC pack, and now it’s finally here! The Red Pack contains strictly Italian cars, along with a massive update to the game, V1.7. This is good news for the console version which Kunos has already scored a deal with Porsche.

Hennessey is a well known all-American car tuner who have undertaken the job of jamming as much horsepower into any given vehicle as possible, with their most popular and recognized cars being the Hennessey Venom GT, and all of Hennessey’s mustangs. This is all fine and dandy, but who knows about the other, more obscure upgrade packages offered by Hennessey? The Hennessey performance packages work like this: you have choices between a crazy number of horsepower to a mentally insane number of horsepower. Intrigued? Let’s go!

On CarThrottle we all love wagons, but the one I am going to talk about today is a slightly different take on wagons. What you are seeing is a C3 Corvette wagon conversion. It is not a homemade piece, there were multiple companies and people who sold wagon conversion kits to Corvette owners.

1. Weber Faster One From a swiss watch maker, the Weber Faster One promises over 900 hp and over 200 mph. Of course, that hasn’t happened yet. It looks like a nightmarish Tim Burton interpretation of a BMW Z4. The horror! 2. Delorean DMC-12 Now I love the Delorean, but with the looks of a supercar but the performance of an old metro. Catalytic converted models took 10 seconds to crack 60mph. And it couldn’t fly.

#blogpost Now I’ve always been a fan of Hyundai, mostly because of their quirkiness and tune-ability. I am especially in love with the Veloster Turbo because my neighbor owns a blue widebody one and it just looks mean! Back to the article, this Veloster first showed up in SEMA 2015, and I want to shed light onto it yet again.

Sir Jonathan Ive Sir Jonathan Ive is Apple’s English design chief, and he is known to favors from his country, England. He has many cars from Aston Martin, Bentley, and Land Rover. His first supercar purchase was a Aston Martin DB9, which he totaled while driving on the highway in California, so purchased a second DB9. He is also known to love the Bentley Brooklands, having two of them at once, one white and one black. He has also bought a new Mulsanne, but he has a full-time driver take him to and fro to work. He is also know to have a fully restored DB4.

Russian designer Dmitry Lazarev thinks it’s about time his country’s most infamous automaker got their act together and develop a proper supercar. The Lada Raven supercar concept is an outlandish design, with massive gaping grilles up front, huge vents out the back, and enormous, bulbous wheel arches. It doesn’t look much like any previous Lada, but that’s no bad thing. From the renderings it appears Lazarev has envisaged a mid-engine layout for his concept. Although quite where Lada will get their hands on an engine worthy of such a dramatic-looking supercar is a mystery.

Greg Leone from the MTV show “True Life: I’m a Street Racer” has converted a bus to a hauler for his S13, it looks sick! Part of VIP Modular Wheels project force, both the bus and car have taken home a few trophies from multiple events. He has built the car into a Gymkhana machine, with a KA24DE engine and a few “interesting” features. Overall, this is an awesome, functional setup to stand out just that little bit more. Finally, I will leave you with a picture of the build while it was still in progress.

Last year at SEMA, there were a few tuned Fords, including Ken Block’s custom Ford Focus RS. Gone slightly un-noticed at the show, I hope this will bring it justice today. The crazy thing about this RS is that Kenny on the Block only did three mods to it. He opted for Fifteen52 Turbomacs, a coil-over kit to help suspension, and new leather interior with his initials on the seats. Apparently that is all that was needed to make a kick-ass look and driving feel. So I ask you people of CT, what other mods would you like to see on the new Focus RS? Tell me in the comments!

The 2016 Gumball is coming to a close, so lets look back on some of the best moments over the past years! 1. 'Merica Man All kind of shenanigans went down on the third ever Gumball (2001), and this was one of them. 2. Citroen 2cv These guys did Gumball in a Citroen 2cv, sporting a Dukes of Hazard livery. They ended up winning the “Spirit of Gumball” award. 3. Off-Roading in supercars During 2011’s Gumball, this Murcielago is having some fun in the dirt!
