8 Supercars The Audi TT RS Will Match To 62mph
Believe it or not, the new 395bhp TT RS is able to accelerate as quickly as these exotic supercars

The world’s motoring press let out a collective gasp last week when Audi released its new TT RS. The reason was the performance it’s packing: its 2.5-litre, turbocharged five-cylinder engine is good for a massive 395bhp, making 0-62mph possible in just 3.7 seconds.
It’s that last figure we want to focus on, as it means this jumped-up junior coupe is able to dispatch the benchmark 0-62mph sprint in exactly the same time as some considerably more exotic - and expensive - supercars, including a few from Audi’s own stable:
Pagani Zonda F

Audi R8 V10 Spyder

Audi R8 V10 Plus (first-gen)

Jaguar XJ220

Aston Martin One-77

Mercedes SLR McLaren 722

Porsche 911 Turbo (997)

Lamborghini Murcielago (6.2)

No manual, no stickshift, petrolhead not like unga unga
But what happens from 60 onwards?… I feel 0-60 is really irrelevant, and something like 60-130 (or 30-130)is a more realistic measure of a car’s performance.
“oh, no! it’s an Audi, so it will understeer like hell. no match for my mad driver skills i got in my 3 months of having a driving licence”
Chill, boys. Even a 140hp civic is too fast for you. And you complain about understeering in a 400hp car?
All the supercars be like ‘No replacement for displa….’
Now that the R420 isn’t coming, I can’t wait for Audi to put that new 2.5-engine in the facelifted RS3
That moment when audi make a quicker sportcar/coupe than their own supercar
*old supercar
Eh… R35 is still faster to 100km
Doing 0 to 100….. real Quick!!
Weight reduction Bro!
Much like people have said “The Camaro is the poorman’s Corvette”. The new TT RS is the poorman’s R8.
