How many BHP does it take for you to consider a car "powerful"?

Lol, it really probably depends on where you’re from. If you come to America and try to argue that any car with 250bhp is powerful, you’ll get laughed at. But that’s because so many cars with over 400bhp are common everyday cars here (i.e. Mustangs, Camaros, etc.).

I’d like to think I have a realistic view of the world around me, my needs and my opportunities / options. I consider a cars powerful enough (for me) if it has more than 200 BHP. And to make things “worse”, I’d be happy with a 200-220 BHP car (1400 kg), as long as I can improve its handling with suspension and diff. upgrades. :)
Now, you can “roast” me if you want to… :D

Its just a matter of weight. My 2006 lancer Ralliart have 162 HP , very powerful, my 2003 cadillac CTS 220 HP not so powerful for its weight.

for a really small car even a 100 bhp can be a lot, some older hatchbacks would fly with 100-150bhp, but everything over 200 is powerful
