As mentioned above, weight and engine type/ #of cylinders.
A 4 banger with more than 220 is decent fast. More than 260 is pretty fast
A v6 with 300 is decent fast, more than 350 is pretty fast
A v8 with 380 is very good. More than 410 is awesome
:D
Pretty much anything close to 300 or higher is fast in my books lol
Depends on the context. If I’m at a tuner car show and somebody has a supra with 600 horse that’s alot. But at a drag race 600 isn’t that much.
100bhp/ton in an aerodynamic car
With most cars being 25-3500 lbs id say 300bhp
Around 200
If it’s something like a Lotus Elise low power is fine because its light, if it’s a big heavy muscle car high power because of its weight. It’s all power to weight ratios not just “MY CAR HAS MORE POWER SO ITS BETTER”
Depends on weight as well as torque
I recently got a subaru Legacy/Liberty 2.5GT It has 250 stock. It’s pretty nice. But I wanna get a bigger turbo, front mount intercooler (and many other supporting mods). I want 400AWHP. I think that would be nice and powerful.
It depends, I thinks it has to be a perfect balance between, weight, power, torque, grip, brakes… When you achieve the perfect balance for your needs, not just to impress people with numbers, then you can say your car is powerful!

I’d say about 400-500 horsepower is perfect
