Are You More Excited About Cars 3, Or Fate Of The Furious?
There seems to be a recurring theme whenever we say anything about Cars 3: there’s usually at least one person telling us they’re “more excited about this than Fate of the Furious”. Hell, I’ve even seen one or two memes made about it.
It’s an interesting point: they’re the two biggest car films that’ll be released this year, but are very, very different from one another. One’s a long-running franchise that’s given us a film every two or so years, the other is gearing up for only its third (and presumably final) instalment stretched over 11 years. One’s live action and the other’s animated, and technically a kids film, but I know plenty of adults who’ll sure as hell be watching it. Me included.
So, with the first extended trailer for Cars 3 out today (see further up the page), we thought we’d ask you guys: which film are you most excited to see?

I literally don’t care about F&F after Fast Five. Not about cars anymore
I think somebody should make a whole series of movies based o all Initial D stages. Or a Wangan Midnight live action part 2 or they should continue the Shoutokou Expressway Trial series.
One thing that e everyone seens to forget about the Fast and Furious franchise is it wasn’t just about street racing. In each film (other than Tokyo Drift) there has been a reoccuring theme of some sort of job. Be it stealing trucks to a bank heist in Rio. So the point of ‘oh i hate fast and furious, its not about cars anymore’ doesn’t mean alot because it never really was. Yes it included some iconic modified cars but they weren’t the only main focus of the films
But there is quite big difference between local gang of illegal racers who is stealing trucks, and international group of superdrivers catching villains…
After watching both trailers this has to be the hardest decision I’ve ever made in my entire life.
Cars 3 for the win.
